The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, under the authority of Ankit Kumar, IDSE, EE, GE CHILKA, located at GE CHILKA, INS CHILKA, KHURDA, ODISHA 752 037, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Tender Reference Number: GE/CHL/8209 OF 2026-27) for "REPAIRS, REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF CEILING FANS, EXHAUST FANS, WALL MOUNTED FANS OF ANY CAPACITY AND STORAGE WATER HEATER OF ANY CAPACITY IN ZONE-I AREA AT INS CHILKA UNDER GE CHILKA." This Works contract, valued at an estimated ₹20,00,000, will be executed on an Item Rate basis over a period of 270 days at Garrison Engineer Chilka. Only MES Enlisted contractors of Class E Category b(i) are eligible to participate. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500, payable to GE Chilka at SBI INS CHILKA, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹40,000, payable to GE CHILKA at SBI INS CHILKA, are required, with EMD exemption allowed via BG/ST.
