The Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE) invites open tenders for roof leaking work of Residential Quarter numbers V-7, IV-16, 24, 27, and III-13, 14, 33 at the ICAR-Central Rice Research Institute (CRRI) in Cuttack-6. This works contract, with Tender Reference Number 57/Civil/Tech/2025-26, is valued at ₹10,09,080 and has a completion period of 60 days. The tender documents, including the NIT and BOQ, are available for download from November 14, 2025, at 01:30 PM until November 24, 2025, at 05:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹20,200 is required, payable to The Director ICAR-CRRI Cuttack-6 at SBI Nayabazar Cuttack. The EMD can be submitted through BG/ST or EMD exemption is allowed. Bids must be submitted online by November 24, 2025, at 05:00 PM, and will be opened on November 25, 2025, at 05:30 PM at ICAR-CRRI Cuttack. Tenderers must submit scanned copies of their EMD, valid registration certificate/license, PAN card, latest income tax return, GST registration, tender acceptance letter, complete tender document (technical bid), experience certificates, certificate for tenders under Rule 144(xi) of GFRs, local content declaration and financial bid as per the document checklist. Tender fee is exempted. The bid validity is 180 days. Payment will be done through Direct Credit/RTGS/NEFT.
