The CCE R.W.CIRCLE, BALASORE, a State Government and UT organization, invites bids for the construction of the road from Attapur Raghunathpur Sasan Biju setu to Belda PMGSY via Raghunathpur sasan, Attapur, Jenasahi, Mohanty Sahi, Belda Adibasisahi road in the District of Balasore under MMSY TRIP for the year 25-26. This is a National Competitive Bid, tender reference number CCE-BLS-NCB-51 of 2025-26. The estimated tender value is ₹7,30,02,000. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹7,30,020, representing 1.0% of the tender value, is required, though exemptions via BG/ST are allowed. The tender documents, including the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), can be downloaded starting January 24, 2026, at 03:00 PM and must be submitted by February 4, 2026, at 05:00 PM. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹10,000 is applicable. Bids will be opened on February 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the office of The CCE R.W.CIRCLE, BALASORE. The period of work is 330 days, and the bid validity is 90 days. Two covers are required, one for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents (including tender paper cost, EMD, contractor registration certificate, PAN, GSTIN, affidavit, etc.) and the other for financial documents including the BOQ.
