Work Description - Road Work

A National Competitive Bid is invited by CCE Cuttack RandB Circle, a State Govt. and UT organization, for road work involving the "Improvement such as widening and strengthening of R.K.Pur Arjujn Maharana to Patapari Tala Nahanga road from 2/100 to 3/100 km. (except from 2/635 to 2/768 km.) in the district of Cuttack under State Plan," as detailed in Tender Reference Number CCE.Ctc.(RandB)15/2025-26. The tender value is ₹2,54,60,326 with a period of work of 150 days, located in Cuttack. Interested bidders must submit a tender fee of ₹10,000 and an EMD of ₹2,54,700. Both the document download and bid submission start on February 4th, 2026, at 4:00 PM, and conclude on February 16th, 2026, at 5:30 PM. The bid opening date is February 17th, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the O/o CCE Cuttack RandB Circle. This is a two-cover system, requiring submission of Fee/PreQual/Technical documents, including paper cost, EMD, GSTIN, PAN, RC, Affidavit and correctness certificate in Cover 1, and Machineries and other documents as per DTCN. Cover 2 must contain the Bill of Quantities. EMD through BG/ST or EMD Exemption is allowed. The bid validity is 90 days.
