The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the "Repair/Renovation of Main school building i/c painting both exterior and interior, toilet, staircase, classroom, windows, doors, chajja, flooring etc i/c electrical services with providing and fittings of fans, compound lighting, LT panel at KV malkangiri, (Odisha)". This composite maintenance work, under NIT/RFP NO 03/NIT/CE/EE/KPD/CPWD/2026-27, is estimated to cost ₹ 2,52,43,618 and must be completed within 6 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 5,04,872 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of EE & SM(C)-III, Berhampur Project Division, CPWD, Berhampur.
