The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for comprehensive integrated consultancy services concerning the construction of a 1500-seater auditorium with dining hall, waiting lounge, exhibition halls, and conference halls, including sound and lighting systems and seating arrangements for the RIE, BBSR, Odisha. This encompasses the preparation of layout plans (including external development and landscaping), securing approvals from statutory authorities, and green building provisions to achieve a minimum three-star GHAR rating. The consultancy also demands preliminary and detailed architectural drawings, structural designs, DPR preparation, cost estimates, tender document creation, and internal services drawings, covering water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, seating arrangements, acoustics, E&M services (HVAC, Firefighting, Lifts, etc.), interior design, and LAN/CCTV/UPS systems. The estimated cost of this project is ₹85,00,000, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹1,70,000, payable via DD, FDR, or BC in favor of the Executive Engineer, BCD-III, CPWD, Bhubaneswar.
