The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the upgradation of Ekalavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) at Bahalda, Dist-Mayurbhanj, Odisha. This comprehensive project, with NIT/RFP NO 47/NIT/CE/CPWD/BBSR/2025-26 encompasses the construction of 03 Science Laboratories and a Multipurpose Hall, along with recreation of the Library, Classrooms, and Computer lab by dismantling existing partitions, and includes providing street lights and DG Sets, representing balance work on the project. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 2,83,94,680 and the project is expected to be completed within a timeframe of 6 months. Interested bidders must download tender documents between March 18, 2026, and March 26, 2026, and submit their bids electronically no later than 3:00 PM on March 26, 2026. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 5,67,894 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, BCD-II, CPWD, Bhubaneswar.
