Meghalaya Energy Corporation Limited (MeECL) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the "Re-conductoring and strengthening of 132 KV S/C Line by HTLS conductors and related services in Meghalaya (Line Length 28.96 ckt.km) under NESIDS OTRI in Meghalaya."
