This tender seeks the supply, installation, and configuration of a comprehensive CCTV surveillance system for the Indian Air Force, under the purview of the Department of Military Affairs and Ministry of Defence. The project, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7736214, requires a robust solution encompassing a variety of security components. Key deliverables include multiple units of 2 MP Bullet Cameras with 50-meter IR range and 2 MP Dome Cameras with 50-meter IR range, alongside a 16-channel NVR with 4K support and dual HDD capacity. Network infrastructure is also a critical element, with the provision of 8-port Gigapoe Switches with 2 SFP and 4-port Gigapoe Switches with 1 SFP, along with substantial quantities of CAT 6 cable, CAT 6 patch cords, and 1-inch HDPE pipes for cable deployment. Data storage will be facilitated by 10 TB Hard Drives, and installation accessories such as camera installation boxes and RJ 45 connectors are also required. The system will be monitored via 32-inch monitors, with rack infrastructure provided in the form of 6U and 9U indoor racks, complete with Indoor PDUs and accessories. Power management includes a 63 Amp MCB with switch and socket for UPS, and a 1 KVA Online UPS with battery and accessories. Furthermore, the tender mandates the laying of CAT 6 and electric cables through HDPE pipes, including associated digging and refilling of both hard and soft soil.
