The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through its inviting authority CWE Shillong, located at HQ CWE Shillong, SE Falls, Shillong - 793011, hereby invites open bids from eligible and reputable contractors for the comprehensive project titled "REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE TO CERTAIN ROADS AT ZONE I AND II AT UMROI UNDER GE UMROI." This critical civil works project, identified by Tender Reference Number 8035/UMR/E8, involves essential repair and maintenance activities on roads within Zone I and II at Umroi, with the aim of ensuring infrastructure integrity and operational efficiency. The estimated Tender Value for this Item Rate contract is ₹94,60,000. Bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,67,000, payable to GE Umroi at Umroi, for which exemption is allowed under applicable conditions. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,000 is also required, payable to GE Umroi at Umroi. The successful bidder will be granted a Period of Work of 180 days from the date of commencement.
