Work Description - Construction Of Office Cum Technology Demonstration Centre Of Nectar At Shillong, Meghalaya (sh: Development, Works Such As Internal Road Site Development, Retaining Wall, External Water Supply, Storm Water Drain & Drainage, Stp, Street Light And Other Allied Miscellaneous Works) (package-iii).

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, through its inviting authority EE-Meghalya, located at EE MgCD CPWD Cleve Colony Dhankheti Shillong, invites open and advertised percentage bids for the significant project titled "Construction of office cum technology demonstration Centre of NECTAR at Shillong, Meghalaya (SH: Development, works such as Internal Road Site development, Retaining Wall, External water Supply, Storm water drain & drainage, STP, Street Light and other allied miscellaneous works) (Package-III)." This critical civil works project, identified by NIT/RFP No. 08/CE/NIT/SHG/2026-27 and Tender ID 158448, is estimated to cost ₹14,55,19,840 (Fourteen Crore Fifty Five Lakh Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Rupees) and has a stipulated completion period of 12 months.
