Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), a Public Sector Undertaking, invites eligible organizations to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the selection of a pre-bid backend partner for the Design, Development, and Implementation of a Web and Mobile application for the Project Progress Monitoring System (PPMS) applicable to all IDCs. This open tender, referenced as TCIL/ITTIV/207/2026, concerns Information Technology Services.
