Work Description - Constructing Village Panchayat Office At Chavare Tal Kalyan

RDD-CEO-THANE, a State Government and UT organization, invites open tenders for the construction of a Village Panchayat Office at Chavare Tal Kalyan. The estimated tender value is ₹20,00,000, and the contract type is a Rate Contract with a work period of 180 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹20,000, equivalent to 1.0% of the tender value, is required. The second cover shall contain the BOQ. Bids will be opened on January 31, 2026, at 1:00 PM at GP Chavare. The Tender Inviting Authority is SARPANCH GP Chavare, located at GP Chavare, Pincode 421301. Withdrawal of bids is allowed.
