The Executive Engineer, Works Division, Zilla Parishad Jalgaon (RDD-CEO-JALGAON), hereby invites Open Tenders from eligible and qualified contractors for the "Construction of Anganwadi Building at Vishnapur, Tal-Chopda, Dist -Jalgaon (Code No-27499110220)". This significant Civil Works project, identified by Tender Reference Number ZPJL/Works/e.TenderNotice No.03/2026-27, is estimated at an approximate value of ₹12,19,825 and has a stipulated completion period of 120 days. The contract will be awarded on a Percentage basis. Prospective bidders are required to pay a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,800 and furnish an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹13,000. Registration Certificate, GST and Professional Tax Certificates, certification of Work Done and Drum Mix Plant (as per MoRT&H), Contractor Pan Card, Technical Manpower details, List of Machinery, Valid Labour Insurance, Bid Capacity statement, and an Affidavit confirming non-blacklisting. Cover-2 (Financial) must contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
