The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC), through its Estate Department (DMC Estate), invites open tenders for the comprehensive management of designated on-street parking spaces, operating on a 'pay-and-park' model. This vital initiative focuses on enhancing urban convenience and covers the specific stretch from Turbhe-Sanpada Sector 30 Railway Station underpass to Chirag Hotel (on both sides) within the CBD Belapur area. The contract will be awarded on a Leave and Licence basis for a duration of five years, structured under an Item Rate form of contract, with an estimated tender value of ₹60,000.
