Work Description - Construction Of A New 2lps Rob Alongside The Existing 2 Lane Rob At Km 128.400 Including Construction Of A Vehicular Underpass At Km 129/200 And Flyover At Km 130.220 On Nh61 In The State Of Maharashtra On Epc Mode

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, through the Executive Engineer (EE), National Highway Division (NHD), Nanded, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender under NIT No. 01/EENH/NED/865/2026-27. This significant project involves the "Construction of a new 2-lane Project Specific (2LPS) Road Over Bridge (ROB) alongside the existing 2-lane ROB at km 128.400, including the construction of a Vehicular Underpass at km 129/200 and a flyover at km 130.220 on NH61 in the State of Maharashtra." The work, estimated at ₹54,93,00,000 (Fifty-Four Crore Ninety-Three Lakhs), will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode contract. Prospective bidders are required to pay a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹10,000, payable online via bharatkosh.gov.in, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹54,93,000, payable to EE NHD Nanded. The Tender Fee also requires the contractor to pay 18% GST (₹1800) under the Reverse Charge Mechanism, with proof of payment submitted online. Document download and bid submission commence on 15-Apr-2026 at 05:00 PM. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 18-May-2026 at 12:00 PM at SE NHC Chh. Sambhajinagar. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 17-Aug-2026 at 05:30 PM, with bids scheduled for opening on 19-Aug-2026 at 12:00 PM in Nanded. Bids must remain valid for 120 days. The submission requires a two-cover system, with Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (including EMD) and Cover 2 for Financial bids (BOQ).
