E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Govt. Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the work of "GE (N) P/TOKEN- 64 OF 2025-2026 DAY TO DAY MAINT WORKS AND CONNECTING REPAIRS OF MISC NATURE AT VISWAMITRA MARG, VICTORIA ROAD AND VARIOUS UNITS IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R (EAST) UNDER GE (N) PUNE" at GE NORTH PUNE. This is an Item Rate contract with a tender value of ₹30,00,000 and a work period of 300 days. Tender documents can be downloaded from 20-Nov-2025 03:00 PM to 11-Dec-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 04-Dec-2025 02:00 PM and 11-Dec-2025 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 13-Dec-2025 12:00 PM at GE NORTH PUNE. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹60,000 payable to GE NORTH PUNE and a tender fee of ₹500 payable to GE NORTH PUNE, either through Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. Scanned copies of required documents, including application, cost of tender DD/Bankers Cheque, Enlistment letter in MES (or documents meeting MES enlistment criteria for unenlisted contractors), EMD, GST Registration, and a list of works details as per Appendix A to NIT, must be submitted in Cover 1 (Fee/PreQual/Technical).
