Work Description - Empanelment Of Contractors For The Removal Of Unauthorized Hoardings, Flex Boards, Advertisement Boards, And Other Similar Display Structures Within The Authority Jurisdiction, And For The Disposal And Sale Of The Resultant Iron And Other Scrap Mat

The Pune Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (PMRDA), a State Government undertaking, hereby invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender for the Empanelment of Contractors. This critical initiative, identified by Tender Reference Number 02 For FY 2026-2027, focuses on the systematic removal of unauthorized hoardings, flex boards, advertisement boards, and other similar display structures within the entire PMRDA Region. Beyond removal, the scope of work also includes the efficient disposal and sale of the resultant iron and other scrap materials. This empanelment contract, valued at an estimated ₹1,57,50,000, is for a period of 730 days. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹1,680 is applicable, while an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is exempted. All bids will maintain a validity of 75 days from the bid opening date.
