Indian Army Surveillance System Installation and Configuration with NVR, Cameras, and Network Infrastructure

This tender seeks the supply, installation, and configuration of a comprehensive suite of network video recording and surveillance equipment for the Indian Army, under the purview of the Department of Military Affairs, Ministry of Defence. The procurement, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7871223, is open from August 6, 2026, 4:59 PM, and closes on August 27, 2026, 5:00 PM. The awarded bidder will be responsible for delivering a total quantity of 6000 units, encompassing a wide array of critical components. This includes 32-channel Network Video Recorders with 4 SATA HDD bays supporting 8TB storage, 4 MP Bullet Varifocal Cameras, 4 MP ANPR Cameras, and 4 MP Dome Cameras with integrated microphones. The scope also extends to essential infrastructure such as 6U Racks for control rooms and messes, 4U outdoor racks, and various Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches (8-port with 4 fiber ports and 16-port with 4 fiber ports). Furthermore, the tender requires the provision of 6-core single-mode fiber optic cable, Cat 6 double-jacketed cable, pole mount brackets and clamps for camera installations, junction termination boxes, fiber termination boxes, RJ 45 connector boxes, fiber patch cords, SFP single-mode 1 GHz transceivers, 5-socket power spike guards, 32-inch TV displays, 10-meter HDMI cables, and wireless mice. The successful applicant will be expected to undertake the complete installation and configuration of all supplied equipment.
