Interior Fit-Out and Furnishing for HPCL Admin Building

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd, under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, is pleased to announce a tender for the supply and installation of a comprehensive range of interior fit-out items and incidental materials for their Admin Building. This tender, designated with Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7923045, will commence on August 17, 2026, at 10:39 AM and conclude on August 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The scope of work, detailed under the BOQ Title "ADMIN BUILDING INTERIOR ITEMS AND INCIDENTAL," encompasses a diverse array of products including vinyl stickering, UPVC sliding windows, roller blinds, ventilation bricks, WPC louver panelling, various types of seating such as 4-seater and 2-seater sofas, centre tables, planter boxes, entrance area wall paper, solid logos, and a substantial quantity of chairs for different functions including cabin manager, visitor, PM, conference, and canteen use. Furthermore, the tender includes provisions for conference tables, carpet tiles, wooden skirting, panelling, 12 ft height partition glass, 12mm glass doors, entrance area doors, general doors, mirrors, gypsum partitions, 12.5mm gypsum board ceilings, grid ceilings, baffle ceilings, painting, and various storage solutions like file storage units, pedestal storage, and award racks. The scope also extends to pantry overhead units, store room racks, and specialized tables for cabins, PM, reception, dining, and buffet services, along with TV cabinets. For recreational and fitness facilities, the tender includes a Six Station Multi Gym, Multi Bench Press, dumbbells, radial plates, Olympic rods, zig-zag Olympic rods, and neoprene kettlebells. Essential construction and electrical materials are also included, such as reinforcement steel, electrical conduit pipes, electrical pop-up boxes, weather coat tiles, power distribution boards, CAT 6 LAN cables, gypsum concrete, LAN ports with modems, metal boxes with 12-way capacities, HDMI cables, LED lights, neon lights, cassette ACs (2-ton), 6-amp modular switches, various gauges of copper wire (1 sq mm, 2.5 sq mm, 4 sq mm), a 75-inch LED TV, a projector, and split ACs (2-ton).
