Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd, operating under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, is pleased to announce a procurement opportunity via Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7874574 for a comprehensive "SITC DEGASSING DEWATERING 200CPH PLC UNIT." This tender, dated 04-08-2026 and open for bidding from 04-08-2026 at 3:34 PM until 14-08-2026 at 4:00 PM, seeks proposals for the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of a sophisticated PLC-based degas and dewatering system designed for a capacity of 200 cylinders per hour. The scope of work encompasses the provision of essential components including a PLC Based Automatic Online Degas System, a PLC Based Automatic Online Dewatering Unit with a 5-head configuration, a PLC Based Automatic Online OVRM System, and a PLC Based Automatic Online CFU System also with a 5-head configuration. Additionally, the tender requires the integration of 7.5 HP Helical Drive Units for conveyor speeds of 12-14 meters per minute, 5 HP Helical Drive Units for similar conveyor speeds, manual T-divertors suitable for 14.2 kg and 19 kg LPG cylinders, a complete pusher assembly, a complete double stopper assembly, and a complete chain conveyor system. Crucially, the system must incorporate one-hour cycle and idling interlock logic with seamless PLC integration. A total quantity of 189 units of this integrated system is required.
