The Garrison Engineer Daman, acting on behalf of the E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, invites sealed bids for the comprehensive "Day to Day Maintenance and Repair" of electrical installations and fittings. This open tender, identified by Tender Reference Number 8951/E8 and Tender ID 2026_MES_784662_1, seeks qualified contractors for a period of 330 days. The scope of work encompasses the routine maintenance and repair of a wide array of electrical components including, but not limited to, switchboards, switches, MCBs, MCB Distribution Boards (DBS), LED tube light fittings, post-top lantern fittings, streetlights, general tube lights, security lights, gate lights, FRP junction boxes, electric geysers, and air circulators. Bidders must submit their bids in two covers, with the financial bid (BOQ) forming Cover 2 and pre-qualification and fee-related documents constituting Cover 1. A Tender Fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹35,800 are mandatory. Bids must be submitted between 09:00 AM on 28th August 2026 and 06:00 PM on 4th September 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 09:00 AM on 7th September 2026 at the Garrison Engineer Daman's office.
