The Military Engineer Services, E-IN-C BRANCH, through its Garrison Engineer located at Cantt Area, Kamptee 441001, invites sealed open tenders from eligible and qualified contractors for "COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE INCLUDING B/R AND E/M NATURE OF WORKS I.E. WATER PROOFING TREATMENT, JOINERY SUNKEN FLOORS, AND OTHER RELATED WORKS IN THE OFFICE AND RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATIONS OF PAO (ORS) LEKHANAGAR UNDER GE KAMPTEE." This significant civil works project, identified by Tender ID 2026_MES_776955_1 and Reference Number 8966/E8, has an estimated tender value of ₹ 20,00,000 and requires completion within a period of 180 days. The contract will be awarded on an Item Rate basis as a Rate Contract. Interested bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of ₹ 500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 40,000 (equivalent to 2.0% of the tender value). The EMD is payable to "GE Kamptee" at Kamptee and allows for submission via BG/ST or exemption for eligible entities. Payment for both the tender fee and EMD can be made through Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque. The tender documents were e-published and became available for download from 07-Jul-2026 at 03:00 PM. The last date for document download is 28-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM. The bid submission window will open on 21-Jul-2026 at 10:00 AM and will close on 28-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in two covers. Cover 1, designated for Fee/Pre-qualification/Technical, must include scanned copies of the application, proof of tender document cost (DD/Bankers Cheque), MES enlistment letter (or documents satisfying enlistment criteria), Provident Fund Code, GST Registration Number, pre-qualification criteria documents as per Appendix A to NIT, and the digitally signed tender document along with any corrigendum. Cover 2, the Finance cover, will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The submitted bids will be opened on 30-Jul-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of GE Kamptee. Bids will remain valid for 60 days from the bid opening date.
