The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, through the Commander Works Engineers (AF), Lohegaon, Pune-411032, represented by Kiran Gajrani, IDSE, invites Open Tenders for the "Special Repair to SWT (Sewage Water Treatment Plant) at Site P Air Force Station under Garrison Engineer Air Force Thane." This Civil Works project, bearing Tender Reference Number 82750/E8, is estimated at ₹44,73,000 and has a stipulated Period of Work of 270 days, to be executed at GE AF Thane under an Item Rate contract. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹89,470, payable to GE AF Thane at Thane, is also mandatory, though EMD exemption through BG/ST is allowed for eligible firms. The submission process requires two covers. Cover 1 (Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical) must include a scanned copy of the application, the Tender Fee DD, copies of enlistment letter, EPF letter, Service Tax Registration, and GST Registration Number.
