The Military Engineer Services (MES), operating under the E-IN-C Branch and a Central Government Ministry/Department, through the Tender Inviting Authority CWE Karanja, located at Naval Station Karanja, Uran, Navi Mumbai, PIN 400704, hereby invites open tenders (Tender Reference Number: 84557-K/E8, Tender ID: 2026_MES_774238_1) for significant Civil Works. The scope of work encompasses the "REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF FUNDAMENTAL MEMBERS LIKE COLUMN BEAM SLAB AND CONNECTED ITEMS INCLUDING SCHEDULED INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FINISHES TO BLDG OF DBM AGM SBM HTL LTL UTL WAITING ROOM WORKSHOP OFFICES AND OTHER OTM ACCN ETC IN NAD EXPLOSIVE AREA A" at Naval Station Karanja. This project, estimated at ₹55,00,000, is based on an Item Rate contract with a stipulated completion period of 180 days. Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,07,500 and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,000, both payable to GE NW Karanja at Karanja.
