The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, operating under a Central Government Ministry/Department, is pleased to invite eligible bidders for an Open Tender for `Works` (Civil Works) under Tender Reference Number `GE/LONAVLA/8472/E8`. The scope of work encompasses the `REPAIR AND POLISHING TO WOODEN FURNITURE AND RENEWAL AND REPLACEMENT OF STEEL FURNITURE ITEMS AGAINST BER IN MA AT INS SHIVAJI, LONAVLA`. This project, estimated at ₹40,00,000, is to be executed over a period of 210 days at GE (I) (NAVY) LONAVLA, utilising an Item Rate Form of Contract. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 (payable to GE (I) (NAVY) LONAVLA at Lonavla) are required, with EMD exemption allowed for eligible bidders via BG/ST.
