The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, through its Garrison Engineer located at Military Engineer Services, Cantt Area, Kamptee 441001, invites open tenders from eligible contractors for the comprehensive civil works project titled "REPAIR, CLEANING AND MAINT OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK, SOAKAGE PIT AND SANITARY FITTINGS AND PLUMBING WORKS AND CERTAIN B/R CONNECTED WORKS AT AREA-II UNDER AGE B/R-II KAMPTEE." This Item Rate contract, identified by Tender Reference Number 8973/E8, has an estimated tender value of ₹30,00,000 and requires completion within 270 days. Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹60,000 (2.0% of the tender value), payable to GE Kamptee at Kamptee, with EMD through BG/ST or exemption allowed. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 is also required, payable to GE Kamptee at Kamptee via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. Tender documents can be downloaded from 14-Jul-2026 at 03:00 PM until 04-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM. The bid submission window is from 28-Jul-2026 at 10:00 AM to 04-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM. All submitted bids will be opened on 06-Aug-2026 at 11:00 AM at GE Kamptee. Bidders must submit their proposals via a two-cover system: the first cover (Fee/PreQual/Technical) must include scanned copies of the application, cost of tender document, MES enlistment letter (or documents for unenlisted firms), Provident Fund Code Number, GST Registration Number, and other documents supporting pre-qualification criteria as per Appendix A to the NIT; the second cover (Finance) must contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The work is to be executed in Kamptee.
