The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the CWE KARANJA at Naval Station Karanja, Uran, Navi Mumbai, Raigad-400704, invites Open Tenders (Reference Number 84560-K/E8) from eligible and experienced contractors for the comprehensive maintenance of building (BR) and electrical-mechanical (EM) works. This critical project involves the repair of generator room shed foundations, approach paths, hard standings, and security fencing, along with the routine and periodic repair and maintenance of installed Diesel Generator (DG) sets of various capacities, including their diesel engines and alternators, all situated at Naval Station Karanja. The estimated tender value for this Item Rate contract is ₹92,00,000, with a stipulated work period of 180 days. Prospective bidders should note the following critical dates: the e-publication and document download commenced on 13-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM and 06:15 PM respectively, with the document download period concluding on 11-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM. Bid submission will commence on 04-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM and must be completed by 11-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on 13-Aug-2026 at 10:00 AM in KARANJA. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,63,000 are mandatory for participation. Both the Tender Fee and EMD are payable to GE (NW) KARANJA at KARANJA, primarily through Demand Draft. Bids are to be submitted under a two-cover system: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents, which includes scanned copies of the application on the firm's letterhead requesting tender issue, the cost of tender in DD, enlistment renewal letter in MES, Permanent PF Code Number, GST Registration Number, and details of all running works in MES. Un-enlisted firms must additionally provide scanned documents meeting enlistment criteria for 'C Class' in MES, including turnover certificates for the last three years, and a scanned copy of the Earnest Money Deposit.
