The Garrison Engineer (NW) NOFRA, operating under the E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, invites competitive bids from eligible contractors for an Open Tender (ID: 2026_MES_778181_1, Ref No: 8566/E8 GE (NW) NOFRA).
