Work Description - In Accordance With The Prion Of Cruelty To Animals Act 1960 The Maharashtra Animal Preservation Act 1976 And The Prion Of Cruelty To Animals Establishment And Regulation Of Societies For Prion Of Cruelty To Animals Rules 2001

The Directorate Of Municipal Administration, a State Government entity, through its Chief Officer, Amalner Municipal Council, invites Open Tender proposals for the provision of crucial services related to stray and unleashed dog management within the city of Amalner. This tender, identified by Reference Number AMC/Helth/Dog/new/2026_27, seeks to engage an organization duly recognized by the Animal Welfare Board of India to undertake the comprehensive task of catching stray and unleashed dogs, performing sterilization surgeries on them, administering anti-rabies vaccinations, applying a V-notch mark to their ears, providing post-operative care, and finally releasing the dogs back to their original capture locations. The contract is for a period of 365 days and will be based on an Item Rate form of contract, requiring two covers (Technical and Financial) for submission.
