The Directorate Of Municipal Administration, through its Chief Officer Jamner, extends an invitation for an Open Tender (Reference No: JNP/TAX/1, Tender ID: 2026_DMA_1314396_1) from qualified agencies for a critical 'Services' contract. This comprehensive project encompasses the 'Appointment of Agency for Door-to-Door Property Survey of All Properties for tax assessment process and provide all required data in prescribed format and Implementation of GIS based Integrated municipal management system i.e. IMMS' within the Jamner area. The selected agency will be responsible for conducting a thorough property survey to facilitate accurate tax assessment and for delivering a robust, GIS-based Integrated Municipal Management System (IMMS). Interested bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,50,000 and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹6,400.
