Work Description - Survey, Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Total 75.41 Kwp Of On Grid Connected Rooftop Solar Pv Power Plant Including Comprehensive Maintenance Contract Cmc For 3 Years

The Department of Agriculture- World Bank Tenders, operating through the SMART DIU OFFICE PARBHANI, invites eligible and experienced bidders to participate in an Open Tender (Reference No: SMART/DIU PARBHANI/KRISHIHUB/SOLAR) for a comprehensive 'Works' project. This vital tender encompasses the SURVEY, DESIGN, FABRICATION, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING And COMMISSIONING OF TOTAL 75.41 kWp OF ON GRID CONNECTED ROOFTOP SOLAR PV POWER PLANT, including a mandatory Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) for 3 years, to be implemented at AT PEDGAON. The project is expected to be completed within a period of 180 days from the award of contract and follows an Item Rate form of contract. Prospective bidders can download documents and commence bid submission from 13-Jul-2026 at 01:00 PM. The critical deadline for both document download and bid submission is 30-Jul-2026 at 05:00 PM, with bids scheduled to be opened on 31-Jul-2026 at 05:00 PM at the SMART DIU OFFICE PARBHANI. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,500 (comprising ₹1,000 Tender Fee and ₹500 Processing Fee) is applicable and payable online, however, bidders are exempt from paying an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD is ₹0). Bids must remain valid for 90 days and should be submitted in two covers as per the instructions, covering Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical and Financial aspects respectively.
