The Parbhani City Municipal Corporation (PCMC) invites tenders for the supply, installation, and commissioning of seven solar high masts (6 meters) at various locations in Ward No. 13. This project aims to enhance lighting infrastructure within the ward, contributing to safety and security improvements. The contract includes a comprehensive five-year comprehensive maintenance contract (CMC) for each solar high mast. Interested bidders are required to submit their proposals in two covers: one containing the technical bid and the other the financial bid. The technical bid should include scanned copies of payment receipts for both the tender fee and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹25,000. The financial bid should contain the Bill of Quantity (BOQ). Bidders must ensure their proposals are submitted by 3:00 PM on September 30, 2024.
