The scope of work includes comprehensive consultancy services for site development, detailing, obtaining Local Body and other MIDC approvals, ensuring compliance with all bylaws including fire NOC. The estimated cost of the project is ₹4,52,235 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹9,045 payable to the Executive Engineer, CPWD, Nasik through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG.
