The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for comprehensive electrical works at the Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House Building, Nhava-Sheva, Navi Mumbai for the year 2025-26, encompassing (i) Maintenance and operation of DG Sets, (ii) Maintenance of 22KV, 2 x 500KVA Substation, (iii) Operation & Maintenance of pump sets, (iv) Maintenance & Operation of Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm system and (v) Operation & Maintenance of Lifts, in addition to internal electrification works in 3rd floor Lab & Office spaces. This composite tender, NIT/RFP NO 19/EE(E)/Navi Mumbai/2025-26, has an estimated cost of ₹15,70,400 with a stipulated completion period of 3 months. Bidders must submit an EMD of ₹31,408 in the form of DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of EXECUTIVE ENGINEER (E), MCED- V, CPWD, NAVI MUMBAI.
