The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the work of MOEI and Fans, R/M of P/Sets, Lifts, Air Conditioning Units and Water Cooler, DG Sets, FF Equipments and FA System at RPQS Bldg., Sewri, Mumbai, under SH: Routine ARMO works, NIT/RFP NO 45/AE(E)I/MUMBAI-IV/2025-26RECALL1. The estimated cost of the electrical works is ₹ 5,86,677 with a time allowance of 8 months. An EMD of ₹ 11,734 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer (E), MCED II, CPWD, Mumbai-37, with original EMD to be submitted to any of the Executive Engineer of CPWD within the given date and time with reciept uploaded in the eligibility document section. Key dates include a document download end and bid submission end date of August 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM, and a bid opening date of August 20, 2025, at 11:30 AM. Mandatory documents include a treasury challan/Demand Draft/Pay order, original EMD receipt, copy of valid CPWD enlistment order, a valid electrical contractor license, GST registration certificate or undertaking, agency letterhead, local workshop address, certificate as per Annexure -III, copies of ESIC and EPFO registration with latest returns, details of a Graduate Engineer for RFI billing, and ERP training certificate from CPWD and any other documents specified in the NIT.
