The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for electrical works, specifically for "MOEI and Fans i/c Pump Set, Street Light in Phase II Sector VII,Antop Hill,Mumbai 37. SH- Repair maintenaince of Electrical Installation in Meter cabin Post-Utility works and other miscellaneous electrical works phase II,Sector VII, Antophill,Mumbai 37" under NIT No. 57/AE(E) II/MUMBAI IV/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 4,51,514, and the time allowed for completion is 3 months. Bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 9,030, payable to the Executive Engineer (E), MCED II, CPWD Mumbai37 via DD, FDR, BC, TC, or BG. The document download and bid submission start date is August 8, 2025, with a deadline of August 16, 2025, at 10:30 AM for both document download and bid submission. Bids will be opened on August 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM. This is a percentage bid type tender. Mandatory documents for submission include Treasury challan, Original EMD receipt, copy of valid CPWD enlistment order, valid electrical contractor license, GST registration certificate (or undertaking), agency letterhead, ESIC and EPFO registration with latest return file, certificate as per Annexure III, details of a Graduate Engineer for billing via RFI Module under ERP, ERP training certificate from a CPWD-recognized institute, and any other documents specified in the NIT. Bidders must also submit "NIT 57 Eligibility Documents" as part of their bid. The bid validity period is 30 days. Interested parties can download the tender documents from August 8, 2025.
