Set, F.F. Equipments, and F. A. System at RPQS Bldg., Sewri, Mumbai, SH: Routine ARMO work. NIT/RFP NO is 45/AE(E)I/MUMBAI-IV/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 5,86,677 with a time allowance of 8 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 11,734 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer (E), MCED II, CPWD, Mumbai-37. Mandatory documents include treasury challan/demand draft, original EMD submission receipt, valid CPWD contractor enlistment order, valid electrical contractor license, GST registration certificate (or undertaking as per Annexure I), agency letterhead, local workshop address, certificate as per Annexure -III, ESIC and EPFO registration details, details of a Graduate Engineer for ERP billing, ERP training certificate from CPWD, and any other relevant documents as specified in NIT.
