The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the work of MOEI Fans, R/M of P/sets, street lights etc at Customs Colony, Five Gardens, Matunga, Mumbai, specifically for the replacement of existing rusted unserviceable 10 HP and 7.5 HP submersible pump sets and other allied accessories in pump house at Customs Colony, Five Garden, Matunga. NIT/RFP NO is 43/AE(E)I/MUMBAI-IV/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹3,84,116 and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹7,682, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer (E), MCED II, CPWD, Mumbai-37 via DD, FDR, BC, TC, or BG. The Time Allowed for the completion of work is 1 months. Key dates include the ePublished Date and Bid Submission Start Date of July 18, 2025, and a Bid Submission End Date of July 25, 2025, at 03:00 PM, with Bid Opening scheduled for July 25, 2025, at 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents, including proof of EMD payment, valid CPWD enlistment order, a valid electrical contractor license, GST registration, agency letterhead, ESIC and EPFO registration, certificate as per Annexure -III, details of a Graduate Engineer for billing via RFI Module under ERP, ERP training certificate done in any training institute of CPWD and other relevant documents, must be submitted. Bidders are required to submit the original EMD to any of the Executive Engineer of CPWD within given date and time and receipt of EMD to be uploaded in the section of eligibility document on the web site failing which bid will not be opened.
