The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "Upgradation Renovation and of Internal Electrical Installations i/c fans, LED Fittings in 8 Nos. Type-II and 4 Nos. Type-III Qtrs. at GPRA Quarters at Sector VII, Phase I, Antophill, Mumbai-37," as per NIT No. 29/EE(E)/MUMBAI-IV/2026-27. The estimated cost of the electrical works is ₹ 13,95,909, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 27,918 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer (E), MCED II, CPWD, Mumbai-37. Tender documents can be downloaded and submitted from May 27, 2026, 05:04 PM until June 03, 2026, 05:00 PM. Bids will be opened on June 03, 2026, at 05:30 PM. Mandatory documents for submission include proof of EMD, GST registration certificate (or undertaking as per Annexure-I if not registered), copy of valid CPWD enlistment, valid electrical contractor license, certificate of RFI module training completion, certificates as per Annexure-IV, and other relevant documents as per NIT.
