The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Assistant Engineer, AE-C-3, hereby issues an Open Tender (NIT/RFP No: 17/AE-II/EE/Mumbai-II/2026-27, Tender ID: 158491) inviting bids from eligible and enlisted contractors for comprehensive civil repair, renovation, and maintenance works. The scope of work encompasses: a) One-time civil repair and renovation/upgradation, including miscellaneous works, for the ISPW Residential quarters and ACP (Wireless) Complex, Linking Road, Santacruz (W), Mumbai - 400 054 (dg. 2024-25). b) One-time repair and maintenance work, including internal plaster and painting, for the ISPW Station at the 3rd floor of the ACP wireless compound, Linking Road, Santacruz (W), Mumbai - 400 054 (dg. 2024-25), specifically covering balance miscellaneous civil repair and maintenance works. The estimated cost for this project is ₹ 81,103 (Eighty One Thousand One Hundred and Three Rupees), with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,622 payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer, MCD-V, CPWD, Mumbai. This tender was e-published on 17th June 2026 at 01:19 PM. Bids can be submitted from 17th June 2026, 01:19 PM, with the final deadline for bid submission and document download being 24th June 2026, 03:00 PM. The technical bids will be opened on 24th June 2026, at 03:30 PM. A period of 15 days is allowed for the completion of the work, and the bid validity period is 30 days. Mandatory documents for submission include a copy of the EMD receipt, original EMD instrument (Treasury Challan/DD/Pay order/Banker's Cheque/Deposit at Call Receipt/FDR/Bank Guarantee), the contractor's enlistment order, GST registration certificate, Permanent Account Number (PAN), and an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Training Certificate issued by the Competent Authority of CPWD.
