The project includes internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, modular furniture, internal electrical installations, lifts, fire fighting systems, D.G. sets, STP, OWC, substation, pump house, rainwater harvesting, internal roads with lighting, signage, compound wall and horticulture, as well as dismantling existing structures. The estimated cost of the work is ₹5,29,895 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹10,598, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, NISM Project Division- II, CPWD, Navi Mumbai.
