The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the electrical and maintenance work involving the Upgradation of Toilets at the 6th, 7th, 8th, 11th, and 16th floors of the Old CGO (Annex Building) and the 1st and 3rd-floor toilets of the Old CGO at Pratishtha Bhawan, Churchgate, Mumbai 20, during 2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹4,00,594, and the project completion timeline is 9 months. Interested bidders must submit a Percentage bid and provide an EMD of ₹8,012, payable to the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER(E) MCED I CPWD MUMBAI 20 via DD, FDR, BC, or BG.
