The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the "Upgradation and Renovation of Internal Electrical Installations in 02 Type-I, 04 Type-II, 03 Type-III and 01 Type-IV Residential Units at Non-GPRA Residential Area, Sector-VII, Mumbai - 37 as per Occupancy / Vacancy Requirements.". The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 11,45,520 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 22,910, payable in favor of Executive Engineer (E), MCED II, CPWD, Mumbai-37 via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG. Original EMD must be submitted to any Executive Engineer of CPWD as specified at Sr no 9 of PWD-6 within the given date and time, with receipt of EMD uploaded on the website.
