The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the project involving the planning, design, and construction of residential quarters and a multipurpose hall at the Regional NSG Hub in Mumbai. This comprehensive project, executed in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode, includes the construction of 73 residential quarters of various types (Type-II, Type-III, Type-IV, and Type-V), additional transit accommodations, and Sky Marshal rooms. This also includes internal water supply, sanitary installations, internal & external E&M installation and development works. Furthermore, this tender incorporates the provision of a computer operator for daily office work within the office of the EE and SM (E), MPC-II, CPWD, Antop Hill, Mumbai. The estimated cost of the work is ₹4,19,496 and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹8,390. Tender documents can be downloaded starting January 6, 2026, with a submission deadline of January 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Bids will be opened on January 14, 2026, at 3:30 PM.
