The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for electrical works related to "Contingencies to Redevelopment of EPFO campus at Borivali, Mumbai with Construction of residential quarters (256 Quarters for Type-III, 28 Nos. of Type-IV-S, 15 Nos. of Type V, 2 Nos. of Type VI & Guest Houses etc. SH. : Providing services of MTS and Semi Skilled staff in O/o Chief Engineer, Mumbai-II (During 26-27)." NIT/RFP NO is "21/ EE(E)/ MUMBAI-IV/ 2026-27" and the estimated cost of the composite work is ₹ 6,79,962. The tender documents can be downloaded from 08-May-2026 (05:25 PM) to 15-May-2026 (05:30 PM). Bids must be submitted online between 08-May-2026 (05:25 PM) and 15-May-2026 (05:30 PM), with the bid opening scheduled for 15-May-2026 (06:00 PM). A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 13,599 is required, payable through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer (E), MCED II, CPWD, Mumbai-37, and the original EMD is to be submitted to any of the Executive Engineer of CPWD as specified at sr no 9 of PWD-6 within given date and time and receipt of EMD to be uploaded in the section of eligibility document on the web site failing which bid will not be opened. Key mandatory documents include Account Payee Demand Draft/Pay order/Bankers Cheque/FDR/Insurance Surety Bonds/Bank Guarantee for EMD, Original EMD submission receipt, GST Registration Certificate (or undertaking if not registered), a valid CPWD contractor enlistment order, Valid ESIC & EPF registration certificates with latest return filed, and a certificate of successful completion of RFI module training.
