Work Description - Providing And Laying App Water Proofing Treatment Over Roofs And Resipolyproof Treatment Walls Of Building No.6, 7 And Other Miscellaneous Waterproofing Works At Custom Colony, Five Garden.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Executive Engineer, Mumbai-IV, located at EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, MUMBAI-IV, CPWD, MUMBAI, invites open tenders for the critical civil works project identified by Tender Reference Number 83/EE/Mumbai-IV/2026-27Recall. This tender is for "Providing and laying APP water proofing treatment over roofs and resipolyproof treatment walls of building No.6, 7 and other miscellaneous waterproofing works at Custom Colony, Five Garden." The estimated cost for this essential work is ₹13,07,357 (Thirteen Lakh Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Seven Rupees), with a stipulated completion period of 1 month. Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹26,147, which can be paid via DD or FDR in favor of the Executive Engineer, MCD II, CPWD, Mumbai.
