The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its EE-Mumbai-I office, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open tender for the "RENOVATION OF DYCC LABORATORY AT 2ND FLOOR, OLD BUILDING, NEW CUSTOM HOUSE, BALLARD ESTATE, MUMBAI. SH: CIVIL & ELECTRICAL WORKS." This critical project, identified by Tender Reference Number 29 / EE / MUMBAI I / 2026 - 27, encompasses comprehensive civil and electrical works to upgrade the facility. The estimated cost for this project is ₹ 77,24,862 (Seventy Seven Lakh Twenty Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Two Rupees), with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,54,497. The EMD can be submitted via DD, FDR, or BC, favouring the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, MCD I, CPWD, MUMBAI. The successful bidder will be granted a period of 6 months for the completion of all works.
