The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for comprehensive maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations (MOEI) and Fans RMO pumps sets lift, substation, DG sets, AC system, Fire Alarm system firefighting system for Regional Passport Office at Baner, Pune. This includes specialized comprehensive maintenance of 188 HP Toshiba Make VRV / VRF Air conditioning system. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 10,46,856 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 20,937, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favour of Project Region Mumbai - SE-Pune - EE( E)-Pune.
