The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, is pleased to invite open tenders for the significant project titled "Development of Environmental Laboratory with Aluminium and Plywood partition, seating arrangement of staffs, lowering of existing false ceiling, Laboratory furniture etc. at CPCB Regional Directorate office, Baner, Pune. (Balance Work) SH: Supply & Installation of PUF Panel enclosure, fixing of Aluminium partition at CPCB Baner, Pune." This comprehensive Civil Works - Buildings procurement, identified by NIT/RFP No. 17/NIT/EE/Pune-II/2026-27 (Tender ID: 158098), seeks qualified and experienced contractors to undertake this composite project. The scope of work encompasses the crucial development of an environmental laboratory at the CPCB Regional Directorate office in Baner, Pune. This balance work includes the installation of robust Aluminium and Plywood partitions, provision of seating arrangements for staff, the lowering of existing false ceilings, and the supply and installation of essential laboratory furniture. Furthermore, the project specifically details the supply and installation of a PUF Panel enclosure and the precise fixing of Aluminium partitions to ensure a functional and modern laboratory environment. The entire project is allotted a completion period of 3 months. The estimated cost for this project is ₹ 18,55,013 (Rupees Eighteen Lakh Fifty Five Thousand and Thirteen only), with a mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 37,101. The EMD can be submitted via DD, FDR, BC, or BG, in favour of the Executive Engineer, PCD-I, CPWD, Pune.
